Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social media and a sharp eye for sales opportunities? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Social Media Marketing & Sales Executive to join our vibrant team and play a key role in elevating our brand presence and driving business growth.

• What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end content creation for Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube — from ideation to shooting, editing, and scheduling (Reels, Stories, short-form videos).
• Plan and manage a dynamic content calendar aligned with campaigns, store events, and seasonal themes.
• Design engaging visual assets using Canva and video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Execute basic graphic design tasks (Photoshop or equivalent preferred).

• Monitor and analyse performance metrics; prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Track KPIs and continuously optimise content and campaigns.

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, XiaoHongShu, LinkedIn, and more.
• Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns end-to-end, including ROI reporting.

• Develop and implement new marketing strategies to drive revenue and company growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Build a strong social media presence in the industry.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and production teams.
• What We’re Looking For
• Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin (required for content and community engagement).
• Proven experience managing Instagram or TikTok accounts (portfolio required).
• Hands-on skills in Canva and video editing tools.
• Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop or equivalent preferred).
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media advertising.
• Experience in influencer collaborations is a plus.
• Comfortable with hands-on content creation, including on-site filming.
