Front Officer / Loan Administration Support (Japanese Speaking / Up to $6,000)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and consolidate regular reports for submission to the Head Office in Japan
• Support Relationship Managers in preparing loan agreements and other related documents
• Assist in preparing internal approval documents and credit proposals
• Compile and organize financial data and ensure all supporting documents are accurate and complete
• Manage administrative tasks related to account openings and updates, coordinating with clients and internal teams
• Maintain internal records and databases related to loan transactions
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Prior work experience in any industry & open to explore the banking/financial industry
• Proficiency in English & Japanese language to liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders/HQ (preferably JLPT N1 or above)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Flexibility and willingness to perform ad-hoc duties when necessary
• Previous experience in sales support, credit/loan administration, or related role in a financial institution or bank is added as advantage (Number of years open) .
