Project Engineer (ACMV)
Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer in planning, scheduling and execution of projects.
Oversee daily site activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and safety standards. Coordinate closely with supervisors, subcontractors and workers ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of works.
Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials submissions, method of statements, risk assessments and other required documentation.
Monitor project progress and update progress reports to ensure alignment with the master schedule.
Attend site meetings with consultants, main contractors and client when required.
Liaise with suppliers for procurement, delivery and coordination of materials and equipment. Assist in preparation of progress claims and variation works documentation.
Identify potential site issues and escalate to Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager for resolution.
Ensure compliance with company quality, safety and operational procedures.
Requirements2. SKILLS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ACMV project management. Knowledge of ACMV systems, ACMV installation, testing, and commissioning.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently on site. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
