Project Coordinator / 5 Days work week! / Company transport provided!

• Salary: Up to $3,500 (depending on experience & performance during interview)
• Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Overtime: Payable in accordance with MOM regulations
• Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate and track project progress to ensure timely completion
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth project execution
• Monitor schedules, deliverables, and project timelines
• Handle documentation, reporting, and administrative coordination tasks
• Support day-to-day project operations and resolve coordination issues

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Engineering or related field
• Strong coordination and tracking skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (company van provided)
