Job Summary
Teach flute, violin, and/or piano to students of various ages and skill levels in a supportive environment. Manage scheduling, student follow-ups, attendance, and lesson coordination. Support daily operations and assist management with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Responsibilities- Deliver structured flute, violin, and/or piano lessons tailored to students’ age and skill level to foster musical growth
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates student engagement and progress
- Manage student scheduling, follow-ups, and attendance tracking to ensure smooth lesson coordination
- Collaborate with team members and work independently to support daily music school operations
- Assist management with simple ad-hoc administrative tasks to maintain efficient workflow
- Background in music performance and/or teaching
- Experience teaching music lessons
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to commit to a full-time role
