Responsibilities
About the Team
Our team is responsible for the TikTok Shop (E-Commerce business) search product, including making search strategies and search front-end interaction design, making sure of the customer experience. We focus on increasing income and creating a good e-commerce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for e-commerce search product, cooperating with algorithms and engineering teams, making search product strategies, responsible for income and a good e-commerce ecology.
- Responsible for search infrastructure, including product understanding, user understanding.
- Responsible for search front-end interaction design, to ensure that users have a good search recommendation experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications- Experience in search domain.
- Have good data analysis ability and be able to promote product development through data analysis.
- Have good logics, understand algorithms and strategic ideas.
- Strong cross-team collaboration ability and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in e-commerce platform would be a plus.
