- Assist the Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer in planning, scheduling and execution of projects.
- Oversee daily site activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate closely with supervisors, subcontractors and workers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of works.
- Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials submissions, method statements, risk assessments and other required documentation.
- Monitor project progress and update progress reports to ensure alignment with the master schedule.
- Attend site meetings with consultants, main contractors and clients when required.
- Liaise with suppliers for procurement, delivery and coordination of materials and equipment.
- Assist in preparation of progress claims and variation works documentation.
- Identify potential site issues and escalate to Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety and operational procedures.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Entry-level candidate is welcomed. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ACMV project management will be considered for senior role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing is preferred.
- Knowledge of ACMV systems, ACMV installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently on site.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude.
