Mechanical Engineer (Perm role with AWS, PTC Creo, Semicon, Basic up to $6500)

We are hiring and the details of this position are:

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer (Perm role, PTC Creo, Semicon, basic up to $6500)

• Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfil requirements.
• Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement).
• Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
• Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.
• Creating plans and designs using CAD technology.
• Evaluates final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety.
• Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.
• Writing technical documentation for machine operators.
• Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations.
• Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team.
• Liaison with vendors on finalization of modules.
• Responsible for mechanical documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics).
• Field technical experience in Semiconductor environment.
• Experience working in the mechanical engineering field.
• Superior computer skills, with solid experience in PTC Creo, CAD, CAM, SolidWorks and Matlab/LabView programs.
• Ability to run simulations and analyze test data.
• Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in troubleshooting of PC base fully automatic equipment in semiconductor and other industrial.
• Knowledge on equipment control and troubleshooting method/skill.
• Knowledge in die bonder application and process will be an advantage.
