Position Summary
As a Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance team by maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and contributing to efficient financial operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a specialized industry while growing your professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
Full Set of Accounts Management- Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and general ledger (GL)
- Prepare journal entries and ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards
- Generate accurate and timely sales invoices based on client agreements
- Prepare and process vendor and operational payments
- Assist in monthly closing activities including balance sheet reconciliations
- Support the preparation of monthly management reports for internal stakeholders
- Compile and deliver financial and operational reports to clients as required
- Collaborate with operational teams to align financial data with client-specific needs
- Assist with payroll administration and HR documentation
- Support employee expense claims and leave tracking processes
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
