Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant/Manager, Sales to drive growth and expand our presence in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities in catering companies and restaurant chains.He or she will build strong relationships with partners, and executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue in promoting our company’s sustainable and eco-friendly tableware and customized food packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Sales Growth- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the F&B sector.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including catering companies and restaurant chains.
- Develop market segmentation strategies by analysing trends, focusing especially on promoting eco-friendly and sustainable tableware and food packaging products in the F&B sector.
- Formulating a clear Sales Plan and KPI, driving the team to consistently strive towards achieving sales targets.
- Develop market segmentation strategies by analysing trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations for product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Monitor F&B market developments and adapt business strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with Product Development team to develop and promote sustainable and eco-friendly tableware and food packaging solutions. Provide feedback on product innovations based on market demand.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry, particularly experience in selling packaging products to catering companies, restaurant chains or fresh food factories.
- Passion in F&B industry and eco-friendly products, with a keen interest in staying updated on market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of maintaining and managing long-term customer relationships.
- Strong focus on set targets, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Resilient in the face of challenges, consistently working towards closing customer deals.
- Able to work independently while also being an effective team player.
- Good command of Mandarin to communicate with counterparts from overseas and customers with Mandarin speaking.
