Overview

Provide operation and maintenance services for various devices in the cloud testing roomfor PDI-Cloud Service/Data Discovery. The operation and maintenance objects include: Android phones, iOS phones, Windows computers, Mac computers, Linux computers, etc.

Senior operations and maintenance job content

Responsible for the construction of the cloud test lab, equipment lifecycle management (inventory, procurement, maintenance, return), network troubleshooting, update of operation and maintenance documents, and fallback of frontline operation and maintenance work.

• cloud test lab construction matters: Coordinate the construction of domestic and foreign cloud test labs, including the planning and construction of cloud test labs in Beijing/San Jose/Singapore, to ensure that the new cloud test lab is delivered as expected.
• Equipment lifecycle management:
• Organize equipment maintenance and summary on the last working day of each week
• Organize asset inventory and summary on the last working day of each month, and contact the IT-desk to return unusable equipment.
• Communicate equipment requirements with business side and summarize
• Initiate equipment procurement on the first working day of each quarter according to the summary business requirements, and organize equipment deployment and online work after the equipment is in place.

• Network troubleshooting: Collaborate with the company's IT network group to ensure the normal operation of the cloud test lab network, and troubleshoot and resolve network failures when necessary.

• Fallback work of frontline operation and maintenance work.

Junior operation and maintenance job content

1. Clear the accumulated tickets from last night/weekend/holiday before 10:30 am on working days.
2. Check the ticket system every half hour from 10:30 to 19:00 and process the existing tickets.
3. Subsequent updates will respond to tickets in the operation and maintenance group.
4. At 19:00, clear the tickets of the day, check the devices one by one, and remove the faulty phones (commonly bulging bags).
5. On the last working day of each week at 17:00, the faulty mobile phones of the week will be counted and submitted to IT-desk/contact supplier for repair processing.
6. Conduct asset inventory on the last working day of each month, count and submit inventory report
