Customer Service Officer (3rd Party Logistics)

It's subsidiary, SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd offers warehousing, freight forwarding, container and ISO tank depot, automotive logistics, and transportation services in Singapore.

Role Description

1. Actively engage with customers to resolve feedback to ensure high level of satisfaction.
2. Liaise with customers on container/cargo/material/ inventory and other administrative and customer service duties.
3. Liaise with internal departments, vendors and third parties to process order requests from customers.
4. Maintain all shipping and tracking records of customer inventory and movement accurately using customer’s system and our WMS.
5. Generate, maintain and submit a variety of reports periodically or as and when required.
6. Attend to customers’ requests to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
7. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

1. Diploma or Higher Nitec in logistics and supply chain management, or equivalent qualifications preferred.
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. Knowledge of warehouse management systems software is an advantage.
4. Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
6. Knowledge and experience in shipping, logistics, and warehousing operations is also a plus.
7. Able to perform overtime when necessary.

1. 5.25 days work week (Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 5.45pm, Alternate Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm)
