Front of House Supervisor for Pizza Studio Tamaki

Position:

(Full-time)

Your Role:

• Lead and motivate the service team during shifts
• Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold service standards
• Handle reservations, guest feedback, and floor management
• Train and mentor new service crew
• Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure seamless service

What You Bring:

• Prior experience in a supervisory role within F&B
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on approach and a team-first mindset
• Passion for hospitality, people, and great food
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
