Job Responsibilities
- Support Counsel in building relationships with stakeholders such as venue owners, grassroots organizations, schools, and partner agencies
- Coordinate with partners including arts groups, community clubs, and schools to ensure smooth program delivery
- Assist in identifying, securing, and coordinating venues, logistics, and community performances
- Support publicity and outreach initiatives, including updating program platforms and assisting with promotional efforts
- Work closely with internal teams and community stakeholders to promote program awareness and participation
- Assist in coordinating program activities, including participant engagement and scheduling
- Support data collection and tracking of program outcomes and performance metrics
- Collect feedback and document community engagement outcomes and stories
- Assist with procurement processes and preparation of Statements of Accounts (SOAs) in accordance with procedures
- Monitor program performance indicators and support reporting activities
- Perform administrative and operational duties as assigned
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in program coordination, community engagement, events coordination, communications, or administrative roles
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks effectively
- Comfortable working with community partners and external stakeholders
- Basic analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
