About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and strategic leader to join our team in a hybrid capacity as a Product Manager / Technical Manager. This is a pivotal role within our semiconductor division, where you will bridge the gap between technical engineering excellence and product strategy.You will be responsible for leading high-performing teams, influencing next-generation equipment features, and delivering technical solutions that meet the complex needs of our global customers.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Partner with the Business Unit, Head of Engineering, and Sales teams to develop and execute comprehensive product and technical strategies.
- Product Development & Influence: Deeply understand customer requirements to influence next-generation product features and drive technical innovation.
- Technical Solutions & Support: Provide expert applications support for customer implementations, ensuring successful equipment introduction and troubleshooting.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop engineering and technical teams to maintain a high-performance culture and operational excellence.
- Complex Problem Solving: Manage high-level engineering challenges through data analysis, experimentation, and seamless cross-functional coordination.
- Sales Collaboration: Assist Sales teams in evaluating product applications and preparing technical specifications for new business opportunities.
- Process Excellence: Maintain and review engineering process documentation to ensure alignment across all functions.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee equipment optimization and lifecycle management within a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven background in the Engineering or Semiconductor industry.
- Prior experience with Semiconductor Equipment (Front-End or Back-End) is highly preferred.
- Managerial or supervisory experience is an advantage; must demonstrate the ability to lead and develop technical talent.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for cross-functional collaboration.
