Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist

The Opportunity:

Our client is seeking for an experienced Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to join their Rehabilitation Department in a community healthcare setting.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior therapist who enjoys both clinical work and leadership responsibilities, and is passionate about delivering holistic, patient-centred rehabilitation care.

The Job:

• Provide clinical supervision and support team development
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop therapy plans
• Deliver therapy interventions and patient/caregiver education
• Manage specialty clinical services within assigned areas
• Oversee risk management and quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in continuing education and research activities
• Support clinical administration and operational matters
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care

• Recognised Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Experience in project management will be advantageous
• Strong leadership, management and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
