Growth & Marketing Executive (Performance Marketing | EdTech)

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Growth & Marketing Executive to support our learner acquisition and engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on digital marketing experience who is comfortable working with data, optimizing campaigns, and contributing to overall growth strategy.

You will play a key role in executing and improving marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

• Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid ads, email, and social media
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Support marketing funnel optimization to improve conversion and lead quality
• Conduct market and audience research to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer journey and engagement
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics
• Support outreach initiatives, events, and digital engagement activities when required

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM platforms, or analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Experience in EdTech, technology, or startup environments
• Exposure to A/B testing, campaign optimization, or conversion rate improvement
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
