Client Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at Intellisearch HR Solutions Pte Ltd. In this full-time role based in the Somerset Central Region, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and driving business growth.

1. Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging your industry connections
2. Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage prospective clients and secure meetings
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions
4. Collaborate closely with the sales and delivery teams to ensure exceptional customer service and successful client onboarding
5. Contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies and initiatives to stay ahead of the competition
6. Accurately track and report on your sales activities and pipeline to the management team

1. Proven track record of success in a client acquisition or business development role, preferably within the human resources industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into new clients
4. Proficient in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools to effectively manage your pipeline
5. Proactive and self-motivated, with a hunter mentality and a passion for driving business growth
