Senior Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Assistant (Team Leader)

Tuas (Nearest MRT: Tuas West Road)

1. 5 days (Mon – Fri, 07:30 AM – 4:30 PM; Sat, 07:30 AM – 11:30 AM)

Basic Salary + Bonus + OT

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer orders and communicate delivery status.
• Liaise with suppliers and transportation teams on delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations.
• Ensure accuracy in orders, inventory, and deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and health & safety compliance.
• Load/unload steel drums when necessary.
• Assist with night shifts from the 16th until month-end (with Assistant Logistics Supervisor).
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.

• Forklift license is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to supervise staff effectively.
• Good communication skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, and other departments.
• Prior experience in logistics or warehouse management is preferred.
