Project Planning & Coordination

Review project drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
Develop project schedules and manpower planning
Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors
Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of ACMV works

Site Supervision & Execution

Oversee installation of ACMV systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, piping, ventilation systems, etc.)
Monitor daily site activities and progress
Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and method statements
Resolve technical and site issues

Quality Control & Compliance

Ensure installation meets project specifications and industry standards
Conduct inspections and testing of ACMV systems
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and safety standards
Manage documentation such as inspection reports and checklists

Resource & Cost Management

Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment
Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
Control project costs and assist with budget tracking
Liaise with procurement for timely material delivery

Testing & Commissioning

Coordinate testing and commissioning of ACMV systems
Ensure systems operate efficiently and meet performance criteria
Rectify defects during testing stage

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Ensure site safety compliance
Conduct safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Implement risk control measures

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
Attend site meetings
Maintain as-built drawings and handover documents
Typical Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience in ACMV installation and project management
Knowledge of HVAC systems and local authority requirements
Strong leadership and coordination skills
