Responsibility :
Admin Assistant:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office
- Manage the front desk
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare, file, and maintain documents, records, and reports
- Perform data entry and update internal systems accurately
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
- Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and basic accounting documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when required
Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin:
- Process sales orders, including preparation of quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Liaise with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and purchase orders
- Handle customer enquiries via phone calls and email
Requirement :
- Candidate with relevant experience welcome to apply
- Experience in Letter of Credit is a plus
