We are seeking experienced individuals to join our food and beverage team as Senior Supervisor/Supervisor. Salary varies depending on working experience.

SENIOR SUPERVISOR / SUPERVISOR (Gross salary up to $3,700 per month) with attractive joining bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the service crew to ensure duties are performed responsibly and in compliance with established guidelines.
• Monitor and uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure consistency and quality in food presentation and beverage preparation, maintaining established standards.
• Manage inventory levels, monitor supply usage, and plan/propose replenishment orders to ensure operational continuity.
• Maintain cleanliness and enforce safety and hygiene regulations in compliance with company policies and relevant health standards.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills
• Experience in a restaurant environment
• Good knowledge of restaurant systems
• Be comfortable in an environment that serves non-halal food
• Able to work 5.5 days a week and on weekends and public holidays
• Valid Food Hygiene Certification is a requisite
