ACMV (Electrical Manager /Project Engineer /Project Manager)

1. Electrical Manager /Up to $8,000 @Jurong East

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to meet programme, cost, and quality objectives
• Compliance with approved drawings, specifications, statutory requirements & workplace safety.
• Technical guidance and supervision to electrical supervisors, engineers, and site teams.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors to resolve technical & site issues.
• Review method statements, shop drawings, and risk assessments.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and rectification activities.
• Monitor work progress, workmanship quality, and resource deployment on site.
• Manage subcontractor performance including progress claims, variations, and evaluations.
• Conduct site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and review project reports, progress updates, and handover documentation
• Support project handover, as-built documentation, and post-completion defect management.
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical with 5 years electrical works for ACMV/building projects.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience with electrical systems, control panels, power distribution.

1. Senior/Project Engineer /$4,000 - $8,000 @Jurong East

• Lead a project team comprising engineers, supervisors, and workers to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• In-charge of project phases, from preparation to site management through to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide updates.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, costs, and resources against budgets.
• Manage claims for cost/time variations i.e submission of variation orders to architects/consultants.
• Submission of as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, and conduct client training.
• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience, preferably in ACMV or related industries.

1. Project Manager /Up to $9,000 @Jurong East
