Bukit Merah - Customer Service Executive

Job Description of Customer Service Executive:

• Pick up customer's phone calls;
• Reply enquiry text and emails
• Assist and follow up with customer's request/order
• Pick and pack customer's order
• Coordinate with transporter/logistic partner for shipping/delivery matters.
• Follow up on collection of overdue accounts.
• Printing and Documents filling
• Data entry
• In-charge in others' Ad-Hoc duties as required

• Strong teamwork and work ethic
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, highly self-motivated, and possess a willingness to learn attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
