Job Title: Private Investigator (Field Surveillance)

Location: Singapore (Field-based) Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Ad-hoc)

Job Overview

The ideal candidate is patient, tech-savvy, and able to work irregular hours.

• Surveillance: Conduct covert surveillance (on foot, by motorcycle, or car) to monitor subjects' activities.
• Evidence Collection: Use specialized equipment (high-zoom cameras, night vision, GPS) to capture high-quality video and photo evidence.
• Report Writing: Prepare daily chronological logs and detailed investigative reports for clients.
• Strategic Planning: Assist in recce (reconnaissance) of locations prior to surveillance assignments.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure all investigative activities are carried out strictly within the boundaries of the Private Security Industry Act and PLRD regulations.

• License: Must possess a valid Private Investigator’s License issued by the PLRD (Singapore Police Force).
• Certification: Completed WSQ modules: Perform Investigation in Compliance with Legislative Requirements and Conduct Surveillance.
• Skills: Strong observational skills and the ability to remain inconspicuous in various environments.
• Technical: Proficient in operating digital cameras and mobile surveillance apps.
• Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken) to draft professional reports.
• Availability: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
• Transportation: Possession of a personal vehicle (Class 2B or Class 3) is a significant advantage.
