As a Senior Nurse Educator (Community Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead training, competency development and clinical supervision for Home Care services.
• Ensure frontline care staff and nursing professionals deliver safe, high-quality, and evidence-based care to our clients.
• Develop and implement competency- based training programmes for care staff and nursing professionals.
• Design and conduct engaging workshops on clinical skills, care protocols and nursing procedures aligned with current evidence-based practices and service requirements.
• Facilitate structured on-boarding programmes for new frontline care staff to ensure safe and effective transition into practice.
• Conduct training needs analysis and ensure competency assessments are completed in accordance with Home Care service standards.
• Establish systems to monitor, assess, and sustain clinical competence during on-the-job training and placements.
• Partner with Home Care Operations to provide coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback to frontline care staff.
• Ensure Home Personal Care services meet regulatory standards and organizational quality benchmarks.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, competency evaluations, and service outcome assessments.
• Work closely with Operations, Nurse Managers, and clinical teams to identify learning needs and close competency gaps.
• Collaborate with Nursing Administration, including the Director of Nursing, Nurse Clinicians, Nurse Educators across business units, and external training partners to strengthen training quality and alignment.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, with valid full registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
