Position: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (Waste Management / Environmental Services)
  • Location: West Area (Company transport provided from Jurong East MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days, Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm, Saturday: 8.00am – 12.00pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + Commission + Variable Bonus + Petrol Allowance + Mobile Allowance
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Waste Management / Environmental Services

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial, marine, and commercial sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Conduct market research and generate sales leads through networking and business development activities
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and service agreements based on customer requirements
  • Promote waste management and environmental service solutions to clients
  • Work closely with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and project progress
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management review
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking activities when required
  • Support customer retention and maintain service quality standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Experience in sales, business development, environmental services, logistics, industrial services, or related industries preferred
  • Knowledge of waste management or environmental services will be an advantage
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel for business activities when required
