Responsibilities:

Serve food & drinks
Ensure outlet readiness and exceptional customer experience
Recommend menu specials and promotional items to customers
Responsible for opening and closing duties
Maintain cleanliness, quality control and inventory
Provide timely feedback on operational issues
(For Barista / Senior Barista) Dial in espresso, latte art and various methods of coffee brewing
(For Supervisor) Assist the Manager with daily operations and team supervision
(For Supervisor) Train and guide team members to meet outlet standards
(For Supervisor) Maintain high levels of food & coffee knowledge
(For Supervisor) Oversee cash handling and ensure outlet cleanliness
(For Supervisor) Lead by example and inspire team members to achieve results
(For Supervisor) Take responsibility for inventory and provide operational feedback

Requirements

Professional communication skills are required
Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Great passion and enthusiasm for customer service
For Service Crew (Waiter / Waitress), Barista - 1-2 years of experience in F&B
For Supervisor / Senior Barista - 2–3 years of experience in F&B
