Procurement / Supply Chain Coordinator ($3,500 | 5 days | Yishun)

Our Client, the leading distributor for the supply of thermoplastic pipework systems, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Procurement / Supply Chain Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process daily purchase orders and ensure accurate, timely deliveries
• Maintain and update delivery schedules and shipment status records
• Source and liaise with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders
• Coordinate with internal sales and warehouse teams on material receipt and inventory updates
• Maintain organized procurement records, including POs, quotations, and supplier documents
• Assist with vendor evaluation, cost comparison etc
• Handle required documentation for import/export and logistics processes
• Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and compliance standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be an added advantage
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and tracking
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Positive work attitude, with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency
• Fresh grads are welcomed to apply

• Location: Yishun
• Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 9am - 6pm
• Salary: $3,500 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
