• Client needs assessment: Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored cybersecurity solutions.
• Technical advisory: Serve as the go-to expert during pre-sales engagements, offering valuable insights on cybersecurity products and services.
• Solution demonstration: Conduct engaging product demos, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase our offerings.
• Architecture design: Translate customer needs into comprehensive cybersecurity architectures that address specific challenges.
• Solution presentation: Clearly explain and present the company's cybersecurity solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proposal support: Collaborate with team members to develop compelling responses to RFPs/RFIs and create detailed technical documentation.
• Industry knowledge: Stay at the forefront of cybersecurity trends and best practices, continuously expanding your expertise.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams, partners, and vendors to deliver exceptional results.

• Educational background: Degree, Diploma, or Higher Nitec in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field. We value diverse educational paths and experiences.
• Communication skills: Strong ability to articulate complex technical information to various audiences, fostering clear understanding and engagement.
• Relevant experience: 3-4 years in a presales or technical consulting role, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
• Technical expertise: In-depth understanding of cybersecurity technologies and best practices, including network monitoring, asset management, endpoint protection, cloud security, multi-factor authentication, and privileged access management.
• Solution design: Proven ability to design and implement effective cybersecurity solutions for enterprise clients.
• Client engagement: Demonstrated success in interacting with clients and supporting complex sales cycles through technical consultation and product demonstration.
