Digital Marketing Specialist (PR & Events) - basic up to $4500, Hybrid work

Summary:

• Basic salary up to $4500 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging marketing content including copywriting, visual content, and basic video production
• Manage and grow social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and performance tracking
• Maintain and update company website to ensure strong brand positioning and lead generation
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives
• Support planning and execution of Public Relation events, corporate events, and client hosting activities
• Assist in conceptualising marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to improve marketing strategies
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing, Public relation, or events
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or luxury industry is an advantage
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Comfortable with client hosting and event-related duties
• Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Strong interest in luxury travel and customer experience marketing
