Senior HR Executive (Manufacturing) - Tampines

Location: Kaki Bukit

• Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 (Commensurate with experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our manufacturing team. This is a full-spectrum HR generalist role where you will partner with management and employees to drive effective HR processes, foster a positive workplace culture, and support the company’s growth.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Oversee payroll administration, leave management, and HR-related compliance matters
• Implement and review HR policies in line with company objectives and statutory requirements
• Support employee engagement, performance appraisal cycles, and talent development initiatives
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally
• Provide HR reports and data analysis for management decision-making

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• At least 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
