Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team and manage day-to-day sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and calls, process orders, plan and schedule deliveries, and coordinate with customers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct site visits when required.
- Assist the project department with documentation, filing, record keeping, and updates.
- Prepare quotations and handle documents such as purchase orders, delivery orders, sales orders, and invoices.
- Support the preparation and submission of reports and tender documents.
- Source and liaise with vendors for procurement activities.
- Monitor and maintain stock records.
- Track and follow up on shipment and delivery schedules.
- Assist with ISO documentation and filing requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess at least an ITE certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in a related field.
Proficient in *AutoCAD** and Microsoft Office applications.
Prior experience with AutoCAD in a *mechanical engineering** environment is preferred.- A proactive learner with a positive attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
