The Role
We’re looking for an Customer Success Manager to join our growing Global Customer Success function. As the first hire in APAC, you’ll play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships, driving engagement, and delivering measurable success across a diverse portfolio.Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, this is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our client success strategy while working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, deeply understanding their goals to deliver real impact.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
- Lead onboarding, oversee campaign execution, and provide ongoing account management to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage client reporting — weekly, monthly, and post-campaign — and translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Create and maintain detailed account and success plans to ensure clients’ evolving needs are always anticipated and addressed.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients innovate, exceed objectives, and deliver best-in-class marketing outcomes.
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.
- Knowledge of digital media and marketing is a strong plus.
- Excellent organisational skills — able to juggle multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
- Proven track record in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-first mindset.
- A self-starter with a growth mindset, intellectually curious, and eager to learn.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), G-Drive, Slack, MS PowerPoint, and Excel.
