Sales Coordinator (Electronics/Semiconductor) (Ref: 37483)
Salary: S$3,000 - S$3,200
Our client, a provider of automation and precision solutions for industrial devices, is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team.
Reporting to: General Manager
【 Responsibilities 】- Prepare and process full sets of shipping and sales documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, packing lists, quotations, and related documents
- Coordinate export and import documentation with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely processing
- Monitor and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders
- Maintain the Production, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) control sheet and ensure accurate and timely updates of sales and purchase data in the system
- Support inventory monitoring and data integrity within the company system
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by management
- Utilize company in-house systems for daily operational and documentation processes

- Variable Bonus (subject to company and individual performance; payable after 1 year of service eligibility)

- Hybrid work arrangement: 1 day work-from-home per week
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Coordination
- Knowledge of export and import operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken, listening, and written) is essential to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts
- Experience in the Electronics or Semiconductor industry
