In this position as a Motor Claims Executive, you will be working alongside with a big team and reports into the Claims Manager. You will be responsible to advise policyholders and claimants on policy and claims related matters and be involved in negotiation and settle claims with Third Party claimants, insurers, lawyers and workshops accurately and timely.
You will be expected to ensure each claim is assessed correctly in accordance with policy coverage and within the Authority Limit given, with adequate reserve set and ensure all correspondences and enquires, including complaints, are well managed and responded to in a timely manner with excellent service.
The ideal incumbent needs to have a service oriented mindset and provides the best customer service to all policyholders/claimants.

skills and experience required- Ideally with 3+ years of motor claims experience
- Candidates with motor insurance background/knowledge may apply
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to make decision even when under pressure
- Possess basic insurance qualification such as BCP, ComGI and PGI is an added advantage
