Job description
You will be part of the Sellside Global Business Operations, which supports the world’s leading publishers and helps drive accelerated business growth for them through our publisher monetization and platform solutions. The Global Partnerships Sales Engine (GPSE) team is a critical part of driving operational efficiency and scale in support of our publisher monetization and platform solutions.The GPSE team centralizes work away from sales teams so that front-line sales leaders can concentrate their efforts on client-specific activities and continue growing a multi-billion dollar global business.
The Global Partnership Sales Engine (GPSE) Team is an integral part of creating efficiency and scale in support of our publisher monetization and platform solutions. The GPSE team is designed to accelerate operational activities and centralize work (e.g. operational activities like reporting, implementation and optimization) away from the sales teams so that they can concentrate their efforts on client-specific activities.
As a data analyst on the GPSE team, you will have the opportunity to work with an extensive range of cross-functional teams on the Global Partnerships side of the business, to further evolve and scale GPSE support. This requires excellent stakeholder management ( ensure customer and stakeholder expectations are understood, met, and managed), data analysis, communication and ability to lead projects/case work independently.
QualificationsJob responsibilities
- Support Sales users via the GPSE menu of services covering Optimization & Troubleshooting support
- Maintain high service levels through meeting or exceeding CSAT, timeliness and efficiency goals
- Support implementation and optimization for Google’s Programmatic monetization and Platform solutions
- Provide consult and L2 support to a global vendor team of agents
- Contribute proactively to the analysis and optimization of processes, internal tools and product to drive efficiency and scale
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in analysis, operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Experience using SQL.
- Experience with streamlining operational processes (e.g., automation).
- Understanding of online advertising solutions (e.g., Ad serving, business generation) and key platforms and trends (e.g., desktop, mobile, video).
- Ability to operate in a changing industry and work well with a team.
- Experience in using business generation or ad serving solutions (AdExchange, Admob, AdSense, other solutions).
