Innovation Program Coordinator
- Innovation Program Management
- Monitor innovation programmes to ensure alignment with processes, timelines, budgets, KPIs, and commitments.
- Identify and mitigate risks or roadblocks to ensure smooth programme execution.
- Track and report project progress using dashboards, standardised reports, and stakeholder updates.
- Manage the innovation pipeline, ensuring consistent evaluation and flow of high-potential initiatives.
- Innovation Communication & Awareness
- Develop and execute communication strategies for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Create and manage innovation newsletters highlighting achievements, trends, and upcoming initiatives.
- Maintain and update innovation platforms (e.g., intranet, toolkits, case studies).
- Coordinate community engagement activities such as workshops, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Develop communication assets including presentations, visuals, videos, and narratives.
- Support planning and execution of internal and external innovation events.
- Coordinate governance meetings and follow-ups across APAC and global teams.
- Open Innovation, Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
- Conduct ecosystem and market analysis to identify:Government grants and funding opportunitiesInnovation challenges and programmesStart-ups, universities, and research partnersStrategic ecosystem partnerships (incubators, accelerators)
- Support evaluation and alignment of opportunities with regional strategy.
- Coordinate engagements, meetings, and follow-ups with external partners.
- Assist in client presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
- Support funding applications and pitch documentation.
- Process Improvement & Best Practices
- Develop and implement best practices for innovation programme management.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Support automation initiatives to enhance collaboration, knowledge sharing, and programme effectiveness.
- Experience in innovation management, programme/project management, or open innovation environments.
- Experience in communication content creation and event management.
- Experience in stakeholder and partnership management across innovation ecosystems (government, start-ups, academia, etc.).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional, and regional environments.
- Proficiency or strong interest in AI tools and digital productivity technologies.
