Working Hours: Mon – Thu: 8.30am – 6pm, Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Basic Salary: Up to $2,570 per month

The Finance Operations Assistant will work alongside Finance team to support the file migration project while assisting with daily financial operations and month-end processes. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations within a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute systematic migration of financial documents and records according to established protocols
Verify data accuracy and completeness during the migration process
Document and report migration progress and any discrepancies encountered
Maintain proper filing structure and organisation of migrated documents
Accurate and timely completion of data entry tasks
Support finance activities and data management tasks
Ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in financial operations preferred
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Only Singaporeans.
Immediate Starters are preferred.
