Job Location: Central

The Opportunity:

• We are looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Assistant to join our laundry shop team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from drop-off to collection.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a polite and professional manner
• Receive, tag, and record customer laundry items accurately
• Handle payments and issue receipts using POS system
• Monitor laundry machine usage and ensure proper handling of items
• Fold, pack, and prepare cleaned items for collection
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front counter and shop floor
• Report any customer feedback or operational issues to the supervisor
• Support basic stock checks for detergent and packaging materials

Job Requirements:

• Minimum secondary school education
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Willing to work weekends or public holidays (on rotation)
