• Proactively source and develop new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Generate sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and various prospecting activities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions accordingly.
• Prepare and deliver tailored insurance proposals and presentations to clients.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure seamless sales processing and service delivery.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Keep abreast of insurance products, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and relevant industry events as required.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

• Min GCE 'N' / 'O' Level qualification
• Structured training and ongoing guidance will be provided.
• Candidate with sales, business development, or retail sales is an added advantage
• Entry levels are welcomed as training will be provided.
