Location: Ang Mo Kio/Yio Chu Kang area

Job Responsibilities:

Perform System Setup, Database setup, resolve technical & design issues
Support for IT infrastructure comprising Microsoft OS
Basic setup of Network switches and able to perform network check and IP address configuration of all the network devices within the project
Installation, debugging and troubleshooting IT-related issues
Closely collaborate with Project Manager and Engineers to support the fulfilment of contract obligations within timeline, cost, and scope
Manage and oversee project documentations and subcontractor matters

Requirements:

At least 1 – 2 years’ onsite Cybersecurity/System Engineer experience
Proficient in Database, Cybersecurity and Windows OS Virtualization
Excellent communication skills with customers
Keen sense of urgency for service performance issues
Diploma or Degree in any IT discipline or equivalent
