Contract Duration: 1 Year Temporary Contract
Expected Start Date: ASAP
Job Responsibilities- Support the end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D) cycle including programme coordination, vendor sourcing, enrolment, and post-training evaluation
- Assist in competency and capability development initiatives
- Support onboarding and staff induction programmes for new employees
- Coordinate employee engagement activities such as townhalls and internal events
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives
- Support HR operational processes, reporting, and administrative matters
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives to improve employee experience and operational efficiency
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or related disciplines
- Relevant HR experience will be advantageous
- Experience with Workday, competency development, or Canva/design tools is an added advantage
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong coordination and project management abilities
- Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
