Job Overview
This role is based at the customer site in Singapore and serves as the key point of contact for all quality-related matters. You will manage customer expectations, drive resolution of quality issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction through effective coordination and communication.
Key Responsibilities- Lead quality operations at customer site and ensure service delivery meets customer expectations
- Act as the primary liaison between customer and internal teams on all quality-related matters
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, defects, and quality incidents in a timely manner
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) with internal stakeholders
- Monitor and report key quality KPIs (e.g. complaints, response time, resolution effectiveness)
- Provide regular updates to customers and manage escalations professionally
- Maintain strong customer relationships and continuously improve service quality
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality / Engineering / Manufacturing environment
- Prior experience in customer-facing quality or field quality role is preferred
- Experience in monitor display / electronics industry is highly advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and represent the company at customer site
- Willing to travel overseas 1–2 times per year
