Bukit Batok - Senior Facilities Engineer (ACMV) - Hospital setting

Overview

We are hiring a Senior Engineer to manage building and mechanical systems for a large-scale institutional facility. This includes overseeing HVAC/ACMV systems, supervising vendors, and supporting infrastructure projects to ensure optimal operations and compliance with industry standards.

• Oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, and upgrading of building services (e.g., ACMV, M&E systems).
• Manage vendor performance and service standards for engineering systems.
• Lead and support infrastructure improvement and renovation works.
• Monitor project timelines, costs, and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend solutions or upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to facility safety policies and procedures.
• Prepare technical specifications and support procurement activities.
• Conduct audits and inspections of maintenance work.
• Provide support for fire safety, emergency preparedness, and workplace inspections.

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field
• Minimum 5 years (Degree) or 8 years (Diploma) in facility operations and M&E management
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/ACMV systems and mechanical equipment
• Hands-on experience in maintenance operations and project coordination
• Fire Safety Manager certification is an advantage
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently
