Equity Execution Trader (Asset Management Company, Perm)

Location: Central
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

Salary: Up to $7,000 per month

Job Description:

Executing equity trades with speed, accuracy and efficiency to support the firm's investment strategies
Monitoring market conditions and being responsible in the reporting of your trades
Maintaining strong relationships with the trading team, brokers and counterparties
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
Collaborating with the broader trading and investment teams to optimise trading performance
We appreciate teamwork and good communication skills

Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an equities trader or similar role in the financial services industry
Strong understanding of equity markets, trading strategies and order execution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with investment managers, brokers and other stakeholders
Proficient in the use of trading platforms, order management systems, market data tools and MS Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and prioritise tasks effectively
Singaporeans only.
