Managing all procurement services and payments in a timely manner
- Preparing production budget and cost tracking
- Liaising with fixers, freelance cameraman and other crew for admin matters, including vendor creation, Service Agreement, invoicing and payment
- Identifying, sourcing and casting suitable contributors / talents for documentary and programme segments
- Developing look books and overseeing styling direction for hosts and talents, including fittings and wardrobe coordination
- Coordinating booking of key personnel, studios, equipment and external vendors/services
- Providing post-production support, including footage wrangling, ingestion, logging and transcription
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Driving continuous improvement of production processes and workflows
- Diploma holder
- Good spoken and written English
- Proven experience managing budgets, schedules and deliveries for factual or high-end documentary productions
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across editorial, production, post-production, legal, and finance teams.
- A good team player as the job requires close coordination with producers, assistant producers, as well as others in the production team.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools, and a working knowledge of production and post-production tools.
