HR Lead, Chief Human Resource Officer (Healthcare) - Toa Payoh

• Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function including workforce planning, talent acquisition, organisational design, employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development
• Drive workforce build-up and deployment plans to support the successful operationalisation
• Oversee change management, culture-building, and talent development strategies aligned with vision and values
• Provide strategic HR partnership to clinical and non-clinical leaders and planning committees
• Manage HR operations for staff and ensure alignment with Group HR policies and frameworks
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated HR support that enhances staff experience and patient care outcomes

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/ Business or related studies, preferably with a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources
• 15 years of relevant HR experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a HR leadership role
• Prior experience in the public healthcare sector will be advantageous
• Strong background in stakeholder management and experience working with all staff levels
• Proven leadership in HR transformation, communications, and change management
