Student Services & Admissions Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end student admissions (local & international)
- Provide course counselling and handle student enquiries
- Process enrolment, student contracts, and documentation
- Handle students’ Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and liaison with ICA
- Support student onboarding, orientation, and student lifecycle management
- Handle student feedback, attendance monitoring, and basic support
- Assist in student welfare and engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with SSG and EduTrust requirements
- Maintain accurate student records and support audits
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in education, admissions, or student services (PEI experience preferred)
- Familiarity with SSG / EduTrust requirements is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
