Responsibilities:
- Develop creative interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare design proposals, 3D renderings, and material specifications for client presentation.
- Work closely with clients, project managers, and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved.
- Source and select materials, furniture, and finishes that align with design themes and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality workmanship.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for project requirements.
- Prepare project documentation, including mood boards, technical drawings, and submission plans.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in interior design or renovation projects.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3D rendering tools.
- Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and project coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
